Here is a new, cozy, one-bedroom apartment on Topolynaya Alley. We have recently finished renovating it and are looking forward to having you. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Within a walking distance there is the Tractor Ice Arena, the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, Chelyabinsk State University (ChelGU), the Istochnik IVF clinic. The city center is 10 minutes away by car. There is a supermarket nearby, a bakery, restaurants, cafes, flower shops, beauty salons, etc. The space The apartment is on the 4th floor. It is simply designed for a comfortable stay. We have thought of everything down to the smallest detail: there is an LCD TV, a large double bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very clean and cozy Guest access The apartment has a double bed for 2 people and an extra sofa bed. By default, only a bed is provided for bookings of 2 people. If you need separate beds, please inform me in advance. There is a TV opposite the sofa. The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, cooking and eating utensils. The apartment also has a full bathroom with shower, sink and cabinet. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Other things to note I kindly ask you to arrive on time, at the time agreed with you in advance, as the keys are handed over personally.
