Waterfront Solomons Island art cottage

The cottage is located on beautiful Solomons Island, recently chosen by Coastal living as "Happiest Seaside Town". It is private, furnished artfully, has large yard, a new pier, bulkhead and boat slips, and is walking distance to all of Solomons. Very private, cozy getaway accessible by car or boat. Kayaks available for use. The space The cottage is on the water behind my art gallery, so is very private. The space sleeps 2. Please do not ask to bring more people. If it is an absolute necessity, you must get permission before booking and there is a charge of $35 for an additional guest. The property is non-smoking. Guest access Guests have access to the large yard, laundry facilities, and waterfront. There is a dock available if arriving by boat. There are 2 kayaks and a hammock available to guests as well as a picnic table on the water. The pool behind the gallery is not available to guests. Other things to note There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance of the rental cottage. The cottage has cable TV, a full kitchen, and bath with shower (with skylight). It has a great water view across the yard from the entire cottage. There are sitting areas both outside the cottage and on the waterfront at Back Creek. On the front of the property, there is the Patuxent River with sunset that are glorious every day!
