Cozy old building apartment in Schöneberg

❗️Since I will be on site myself, I only accept bookings from women and Flinta people. I am renting out a guest room in my spacious, pre-war Berlin apartment. The apartment is laid out in such a way that the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so you can enjoy a lot of privacy. You will be sharing the apartment with me and my two British Shorthair cats, Mokka and Cheebu. The space Typical old Berlin apartment located in the rear courtyard Guest access Parking is available free of charge in the surrounding area. Friedenau S-Bahn station (S1) is a 3-minute walk. One stop to the S-Bahn station Schöneberg (ring S41/42). Bus 187 is a 4-minute walk. Bus 181 and M76 are a 6-minute walk. Bus M85, 186, M48, 246 are a 9-minute walk away. During your stay I can be reached locally and by phone.
