Other things to note LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE: The landscaping maintenance crew will conduct weekly maintenance (Thursday or Friday). Exterior plants: We will pass by the villa to maintain the exterior hanging baskets & plants during hot days or as deemed necessary. The Home Owners Association (HOA) is responsible for the exterior upkeep of the units and will conduct repairs and maintenance according to their schedules and plans.
