Our home is a 70yr old cabin that is located in the heart of a beautiful community with shopping, outdoor recreation & restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of parking for guests. Pinedale has amazing views of the Windriver Mountain Range and an abundance of wildlife. Unit A is a two-bedroom cabin with a full kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. Unit B is a two-bedroom, one bath stand-alone without a kitchen. We leave the dividing door for A&B unlocked for a 4 bedroom unit. Traveling with a larger group? No problem! this listing combines 2 condos to fit 8 people. We also have an air mattress, cots, and another suite available for a fee and extenuating circumstances. Just message us for more details! My property has 3 parts: a newly remodelled cabin in the front (2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer); a shared common area; and-- and if combined as A/B-- a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and storage garage that I apartment with outdoor kitchen that can be rented separately, and a private suite for myself. During summer months, we tend to be rented out almost every day. We ask that our guests place towels in the hamper. We provide the basic amenities, for cooking including basic condiments. We also have free use of internet WiFi. Permit Number: 2022-64 Parking is available directly in front of the property. The guest will receive a door code for the digital lock prior to check in. For our repeat guests you will be assigned your previous key code because we value you as our guest. The code is changed on each guest visit. Once you have been accepted as our guest, we will send you a message through Airbnb confirming and welcoming your stay with us. On the morning of check-in you will receive a message with your assigned key code for the digital lock that will allow you access into Unit A only. Each unit is assigned individual key codes. We are available 24/7 to help with all your questions. The fastest way to contact Phil or Tammy is through Airbnb. Pinedale is a small community that loves outdoor activities weather it be summer or winter. I am in the "commercial" area- with mixed use. To the west of us is all residential, and to the east is our Main Street named Pine Street with restaurants, bars and shopping in walking distance. To the north are government businesses, and last, to the south is an alley way for additional parking for large groups for our guests. Evenings are very quiet and people keep to themselves. We are located directly across from the fire department and government buildings- - it tends to be very quiet, but occasionally the fire department has drills and can be somewhat noisy for a short time. This only happens a few times a year so the odds of the fire department drills disturbance to our guest is very minimal. In the early evenings you might get lucky and see our local moose that regularly come to the court house to munch on the grass. We ask that you please do not approach them and give them space because they are wild animals and do not like feeling threatened. Also, Unit A has the washer/dryer; internet; and hot water - so the owner, manager, and maintenance sometimes need to access. Additionally, we tend to do repairs / decorations in summer- so we may access from time to time. This is particularly difficult as Unit A/B door is open it is easy to see workers. Generally, we will try to work between 10am and 5pm, but emergencies do happen and work needs to continue. Lastly, if we grant an exception and allow a pet- please do not leave pets alone-- it makes access and repairs difficult if not impossible. For the most part, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. The library is less than a block away and we have a recreation center, Pinedale Aquatic Center-- (fees are $5.00) that offers a children’s activity wadding pool, a 50M swimming pool, climbing wall, gym, and courts. I suggest you contact them for activity schedule before you visit. In addition there is the Mountain Man Museum, Chamber of Commerce, and some great city parks within walking distance. All other places-- the lakes, mountains, backcountry are 15-60 minute drive and they are amazing. In summer months the Chamber of Commerce has a bike share program. Contact the Chamber of Commerce for bike share reservations. Because we value our guests and want you to enjoy your stay and have your privacy, we have Security Cameras located above each unit that allows us to know when our guests have checked in and checked out, (they are motion activated-- so it is very much in our best interest to turn them off when we have guests so we are not receiving signals every time you enter or leave). After a guest has checked in we disable the cameras for your privacy, we then turn the cameras on the morning you are to depart so that we know when we can send our housekeeping in for our next guest.
