Apartment in the city center with forest view

I offer my approx. 40 sqm 1.5 room apartment for one person. The attic apartment has everything you need. Kitchen, bathroom, cozy bunk bed and sofa bed. (Elderly and very tall people should consider beforehand whether a bunk bed is comfortable enough.)A small balcony with fantastic views of the Sternwald. Dishes, coffee, tea and spices may be used. I live in this apartment myself and rent it out when I am traveling. The space The special thing is the perfect location. Right in the middle of the action, yet quiet and quickly in nature. It's an older inhabited apartment that has a few quirks here and there. Other things to note In summer, it is of course warmer in the attic and loft bed. However, I provide two fans. I live in this apartment myself and offer it when I travel. Therefore, everything is not as well maintained as in a business apartment.
