This apartment is located three blocks away from a main artery in the neighborhood, and is very convenient to the main bus terminal, shopping, and a sports complex that is a nice place for a walk or jog. The apartment does not have a heating system otherwise, so if you travel in winter (June-August), please be prepared with warm clothes. Very few houses in Asuncion have central heating. Low (nighttime) temperatures as low as 0C (32F) can very rarely occur in Asuncion (once every few years or so), and low (nighttime) temperatures between 5C to 10C (40F to 50F) usually occur every winter.
