Guest access The entire unit is available to all guests. However, guests not included in the stay are prohibited in the unit (including the rooftop). Events require approval before booking - and an additional fee. We understand the private rooftop is a wonderful place to have friends, but in an effort to be courteous to our neighbors we need to limit the amount of parties. Please reach out to us (send a message) prior to booking so we can review your plan to host an event. Other things to note Rooftop: Please note that the rooftop seating is only available during the late spring/summer and early fall. In order to keep the furniture nice for our guests during good weather, we store/protect it during the cold weather season. Also, the TV is only available by request (and only if weather permits). If having the television on the rooftop is something you would like for your stay please inquire during your initial request to book.
