The space Villa Foteini covers 170 sq. m. , spreads in three levels and can accommodate up to 9 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The villa combines traditional style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends! The whole villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, as following: Master bedroom: King size bed (for 2 guests) 2nd bedroom: Double bed (for 2 guests) 3rd bedroom: Three single beds (for 3 guests) 4rd bedroom(suite):King size bed(for 2 guests) Indoor Layout: Ground Floor(Suite): The ground floor level of the villa is completely independent, having an entrance in front of the pool. It consists of a king size bed,a LED TV with Netflix,small living room, a brand new bathroom with washing machine and a kitchenette area.(nespresso coffee machine,toaster,kettle,fridge). First Floor: Entering the villa on the first floor (via the external staircase) there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a LED TV with Netflix, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. There is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this floor. Second Floor: Reaching to the second floor through a staircase guests can find 2 more bedrooms one with a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00) and the other one with 3 single beds. A smaller bathroom is also found on the same floor. All the indoor areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned. Outdoor area 800sq.m: Villa Foteini is located in a quiet and secluded area, away from the main road and other houses, enabling you to enjoy your holidays in peace & total privacy. The delightful outdoor area is about 800 sq.m the only villa at Zakynthos with too big yard,boasts exceptional sea and mountain views and offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation, which include: - A 32 sq. m.
