Sorrento Family Beach House -walk to bay or back!

Family and pet friendly vintage style holiday house, comfortable and clean. Not luxurious ie no dishwasher, but a good tv, wifi and air conditioning. Walking distance to Cameron's Bight dog beach and Koonya surf beach. One block from the Koonya Store - coffee and food supplies are excellent. Five min drive to either Sorrento or Blairgowrie shopping strips with fantastic fish & chippers and cafes and 10mins to Rye. Property is fenced but no front gate. Back yard is "stepped" but large. The space All sheets, pillows, doonas, blankets, towels supplied. Beds ready to occupy. Basic pantry items provided, including tea and coffee. Games cupboard. Lovely fireplace. Guest access The house is easy to move around in, with good floor space. Entry is through the back door. Other things to note New council regulations - noise restrictions in place between 11pm and 7am
