LODGE42 Oudega

Lodge 42 is a spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a barn built in 2018 in the back of a spacious plot. During the construction of their new house, the landlords themselves enjoyed living in the apartment and afterwards the idea arose to rent out the apartment so that everyone can enjoy this beautiful place. By 2021, the apartment will be restored and ready to be rented out. The apartment is energy neutral and is fully electrically heated. The space The apartment has on the 1st floor a combined living room with luxury kitchen with a beautiful view over the meadows. The kitchen has full comforts -> quooker, combi-microwave, induction plate, dishwasher and fridge. In addition, there are four bedrooms on the floor with new luxury beds (1x 2-person and 3x single persons, which can possibly be connected, possibly camping bed for the little ones on request). Downstairs are a separate toilet and a shower with sink. In the hallway, you can use a washing machine and a freezer. Guest access The village of Oudega is centrally located in Friesland between Leeuwarden and Drachten and is easily accessible by car. Around Lodge 42 there is sufficient space to park for 1 or 2 cars (more in consultation). Oudega has no scheduled bus services, but possibly reachable via call bus. Other things to note The spacious lot >2500m2 is shared with the owners who live in front of the lot. Behind the barn there is plenty of space to sit privately.
