The Sea Perch~ Stylish Beachbox with Hot Tub!

Nestled directly between the ocean and the sound, Sea Perch welcomes you for a cozy, laid back stay on the Outer Banks! Located in the quiet Avalon Beach neighborhood, Sea Perch is a 1/2 mile walk to the beach and quick drive to shopping and grocery stores. Our comfortable cottage has been updated to meet the needs of our guests and includes a fully operational HOT TUB! The space Where you'll find many owners have scurried out quickly and left their homes to rent as-is for a quick buck, that's not the case with us! We take pride in our space and have been carefully designing everything with our guests' experience in mind. We have two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Also upstairs is one of two full baths. Downstairs and with a private entrance from outside is the third bedroom with another full size bed. Just outside of this bedroom is the outdoor lounge area with hot tub and our second full bath, also with an outdoor covered entrance. Guest access What's cool about Sea Perch is that it's almost geographically centered between the ocean and the sound. At the East end of our road is a walkway to a light and crosswalk for an easy stroll to beach accesses and Avalon Fishing Pier. Just down the road to our West is Bay Drive, one of the most scenic streets on the Outer Banks with a quiet pedestrian path and gazebos - absolutely beautiful for sunset strolls. There is also a boat ramp (about a two minute drive) and sound access in our neighborhood for boating, kayaking or SUPing. Our large outdoor shower has both hot and cold water for a refreshing rinse afterward! Other things to note Our open floor plan is a great communal space perfect for mellow nights in with wine and board games (we've got a few of those for ya). This is, however, NOT a good match for people looking to party so if that's your intention we ask that you rent elsewhere. The Smart TV in the living room does not have cable but is equipped with Netflix and YouTube for your use. The downstairs bed and bath were additions and each have their own private, covered entrances from outside - there is no interior passage to the main living space from these rooms but a great space for privacy from the rest of the home as well as your own bath.
