Simple house on a cul-de-sac, quiet neighborhood and surroundings, great for those looking for rest. Accommodates up to 6 guests. We have a barbecue area. House facing the highway, 10 km (20 to 30 minutes) from downtown Caraguatatuba, São Sebastião and the ferry/Ilhabela. Bakery, grocery store, beach for kitesurfing, beach volleyball court and soccer field 600 meters away. Supermarket, pharmacy and butcher shop 1 km away. Nearest beach for swimming, Cigarras, 2 km (5 to 10 minutes). The space Barbecue area. Garage for one car, cul-de-sac. We have a security camera outside. The house's power is 220V. All rooms have fans. The beds have mattress protectors. Guest access It may take me a while to respond. Other things to note We do not tolerate loud noise (car trunk, speakers) out of respect for the family neighborhood and because the street is a dead end and very quiet. We do not provide bath towels, sheets, pillowcases and blankets. We do not have doors in the rooms because they are small and so we make better use of the space, instead we have curtains that can be closed, so there are no subsequent complaints.
