Nestled on the edge of a quiet village, the house and the gîte (the guest house) are located in a large garden with its own natural waterfall. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the calm and beautiful countryside, with many walking and cycling routes in the area. The property is surrounded by greenery and is set in a lovely rural setting with loads of privacy, with the nearest town of Caylus just under 2km away. The guests have access to the entire property and the pool. The space La Cascade is the perfect place for family get-together or for a group of friends, where if you wish, privacy can be enjoyed in various places of the huge garden. The guest house is independent and modest, containing open plan kitchen/living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite recently renovated bathrooms, each with a shower. NOTE: The second bedroom is accessed by an external staircase which is not connected to the other parts of the guest house. The pool can be heated in the low season (NOTE: this needs to be requested in advance and incurs additional charge for electricity. The booking needs to be made 7 days in advance for the heat pump to actually be effective as it takes time for the water to heat up. The pump is not turned on when the gite is unoccupied due to high energy consumption and its effect on environment. Last minute booking in the low season will not allow the pool to heat up to desired temperature).
