The space What is provided: ONE parking spot right on our driveway in front of the garage (*Street sweeping Mondays), bath towels, hand towels, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, hangers, cloth steamer, microwave/small refrigerator (these are meant for left over food only so utensils will not be provided), small wall heater or small portable space heater, ductless AC. What is NOT provided: TV/kitchen/washer/dryer HOUSE RULES: - Turn OFF all devices: AC/heater/lights etc. everytime you leave the room: both AC & Heater can be controlled by wifi phone app so if you leave the room without turning them off we will remotely turn it off for you. - LEFTOVER FOOD/DRINK CONTAINER/FOOD CONTAINER if not kept in the refrigerator, take it out to the OUTSIDE TRASHCAN located right next to the room entry to prevent ants. - Do NOT use bath/hand towels to remove MAKEUP and HARD-to-WASH STAINS (we do provide different kind of towels for this purpose, if we are not able to wash it off you will be asked to pay $5 per towel). - NO pets/party/smoking/drugs/overnight guest (we have cameras around the house). - Visitation from friends or relatives needs prior approval for security reason. - NO feminine product (pads, tampons, etc) down the toilet. - Please clean up spill asap to avoid damage to laminate floor. Guest access Bedroom access only. No backyard access. During your stay I prefer to give guest as much privacy as possible so I will mainly communicate with you through text messages. However, I am available when needed. Also, if it is urgent you can call me or my husband right away for assistance. Directions and extra info will be sent 1-2 days prior to your arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We have a cleaning fee and extra person fee (after 1 guest) under "Additional Prices". So please book with the correct number of people. Thank you! Check in and check out time can be a little flexible if you let me know in advance. I will try my best to accommodate you :). I do have a regular job so in order to accomodate early arrival I need to arrange my work schedule ahead of time to be home early for clean up. Therefore if you notify me too last minute, early checkin is not guaranteed. Please understand.
