After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance. The space The renovation of the apartment is based on minimalist aesthetics, and the hope that building would eventually return to the basic attributes of beauty, spirituality, magic, and tranquility. The space is built with local materials and traditional elements, as all walls including build-in pieces are covered in a serene render comprising Oaxaca soil and pigment, mixed and applied by hand. It provokes the phenomenon and experiences of earthing, grounding, allowing us to be in contact with mother earth, especially connecting to the natural energy of the magical region Oaxaca. It’s perfect space for people who aim to disconnect from everyday life, to stop the time or external factors of urban environment, but turn inward, more actively access to the internal space. Guest access The apartment is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from the most beautiful peaceful park of the city- parque Mexico. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a balcony, the space works well for a group of creators, friends, couples, or small families, guests can relax and stock up on energy in. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home and has a water filter. You can also read my whole shelf of books on Astrology, yoga, psychedelics…if you are interested in those esoteric fields. Other things to note Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The apartment does not have its own parking, within 3 minutes of the accommodation you will find multiple parking lots
