Charming Garden Studio in Sunnyside, NY

Welcome to NYC! My lovely studio is a private, garden apartment with its own entrance. The studio is located only 20 minutes from Midtown Manhattan - 15 minutes to Greenpoint and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, door to door - 20 minutes to the US Open. The studio is updated and offers great amenities for solo travelers and couples looking to get a neighborhood experience in NYC's most diverse borough. Close to restaurants and transport. Completely non-smoking. The space (ONLY FOR NON-SMOKERS) The studio apartment offers a cozy respite from The City, while close to everything a visitor would like to see. My garden is peaceful. Street parking is available in the free parking area with the exception of street cleaning days. Guest access I will be here to greet you and welcome you to the space. You will have access to the entrance and garden area. There is also a small table near the garden if you want to sit outside and people watch, read, take a call or just enjoy the outside space. Prior to the end of your stay, I will schedule a close out meeting where we will walk through the close-out process together. Other things to note The studio is completely private and exclusively for use by our guests. Only for 2 guests (max). There is a private entrance through the garden area solely for use by guests. No smoking, candles, or pets allowed. Trash must be disposed of daily in the designated areas. ***NOTE: My daughter and grandson live on the 2nd floor of my home and my grandson will occasionally play on the stoop, away from the Studio area. The studio is best suited for summer interns and light work from home.
