Room is ideal for a couple or one person. Contains a Queen size bed, smart tv, Wi-Fi, small refrigerator, portable AC, microwave and private bathroom, private entrance for the room (room is separated from the house). Located in a very quiet and pleasant area. Also located walking distance from a park, and near movie theatres, shopping centers, Restaurants and freeway entrances, 30 min away from Disneyland, 30 min away from a beach, 3-5 min to Porto’s Bakery and 40 min away from universal studios The space A very nice private and quiet room separated from the house that includes a TV with Netflix, and other apps, WiFi, refrigerator, iron and a microwave . It also has a private entrance and private bathroom with clean towels, iron and a blow dryer. Guest access Private bathroom with towels, blow dryer, iron, small refrigerator and a microwave. Other things to note I have a small dog :). The street sweeper comes on Thursdays at 10:00-2:00 pm, also try to park in front of my house, there is always space.
