Air fryer, Ceiling fan and standalone fans. 2 used bikes are available for your use however, please request them so that we may check the condition. Pool not heated. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Eastside Costa Mesa near the Back Bay. Guest access You have your own entrance through the side gate of the house and your own private space in the backyard bungalow, separate quarters, not connected to house. Please note that you will need to walk across the pavers or lawn to the poolhouse - so you may need to carry your bag about 12 feet. You are welcome to sit by the pool or swim, however it is not heated but stays warm during warm weather usually around 78-85 in the warm months. Jacuzzi may be available for use upon request, and only available before 10 pm with a maximum use time of 1 hour, however, it is up to the owners discretion considering weather ( due to heating costs and two hours to heat up when it's cold). Currently the Jacuzzi is not available due to the cost of heating it up when the weather is colder. The pool is shared by the owners in the front house. Also just a reminder the pool is for guests to enjoy and we ask that you not host get together's at this location at the respect of the owners in the front house. Guests have lounge chairs for their use on their side of the pool. Other things to note We have a dog who is small and friendly - mini doodle named Levi. Please use caution when coming in and out the side entrance to make sure the gate is shut securely. The dog is not in the back yard if we are not at home. He thinks everyone is here to visit him. Very friendly. You may have to carry your bag about 12 feet over the lawn and pavers to the poolhouse. Happy to help if we are home. This unit is meant for adults only due to pool liability, however, feel free to ask me and depending on the circumstances (age of child, etc) it can be arranged. Additional guests may also be accomodated. You get a nice breeze through the big sliding windows and I provide a standalone fan, and there is a ceiling fan, which you are welcome to keep on even if you aren't there... the weather is usually very pleasant and most people in this area do not have or need AC., but it is available in the room for your use. If you close the blackout curtains to block the direct sunlight and leave the fans on while you are out it keeps it cooler as well. other items: Microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, electric kettle, portable two burner hotplate with pots and pans, an air fryer is available upon request. You can use one of the tv tray tables next to the bed to cook on. There is a large wood board on top of the armoire to set on top of the tables or cooking.. The eating table in the room can be opened up for more dining space or work area..
