Town of Cowansville, close to all amenities, restaurants, lake and a small beach 5 minutes by car, where you could go fishing, kayaking or swimming. Beautiful mountain view background view on forest and surrounding, bicycle path, lake Brome , Bromont with ski hill or water slides 15 minutes away, Sutton hill for skiing or hiking, Granby ZOO 25 minute, golf clubs, spa Balnea 15 minutes away. Gas station and Tim hortons 5 mins away Our property is registered with CITQ organization. The space Kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (one bedroom upstairs with a queen bed has no door, only a curtain), 1 1/2 bathroom. There is one office, which is not accessible, we keep it close. Otherwise it is still a spacious cottage with a lot of room. There is a TV with plenty of DVD's to choose from, fiberstick for Youtube and Netflix to watch. You can connect your laptop with the cable. Wifi also included. Security camera outside 24/7. BBq is for your use also. Spa in the backyard is not for use. You will not be able to use it. Outside fire could be use only with the fire pit. We keep it simple to be able to disconect, expecially from the news. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, solarium, 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, patio and backyard. There is one room, an office which is not accessible and closed. Spa as well is closed and not for guests use. Garage is closed as well. Guests can park in the driveway.Parking is for two cars and is on a slope, sometimes is easier to park on the street during the day. Be aware that night parking is not alowed during the winter months, you could get a ticket. From November to April. Other things to note No smoking, neither marihuana inside of the house. No animals. No fireworks neither. Please, be kind and help us to take care of our nice house, try to keep it clean and in a good shape. If you break something, try to replace it, please. Take out the garbage and wash the dirty dishes. Do not leave a lot of garbage behind. This way when you come next time the house will be more enjoyable.
