This charming villa with approx. 100 sqm of living space is at ground level and is located on a 2,500 sqm property, in a small private street, without through traffic. The lovingly landscaped and well-kept Mediterranean garden with old palm trees and ornamental shrubs, lawn and large ground-level pool conveys the right vacation feeling. The covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden invites you to relax, but also to eat. Meals can be prepared on the brick outdoor grill. The nearest supermarket is a good 1 km away and can also be reached on foot through a pine forest parallel to the road. The beach is only another 400 m away.
