Our home is located in the heart of George Town, surrounded by local food and famous shopping malls within walking distance. Opposite is the newly opened Gurney Bay, perfect for morning jogging or evening walks. Tourist attractions, large shopping malls and famous restaurants are all within 4 km of our home, making it easy to access all the major attractions in Georgetown, Penang. The space This is a duplex apartment (two-story indoor floor house) with one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. This is a modern floral-themed layout with a functional kitchen where you can enjoy the sunrise when you wake up in the morning and relax with the breezy sunset. We have two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. Our unit is surrounded by tall and wide windows facing the sea, with some views of the beautiful city of Penang. Our unit offers you a wide view of the sea, sunrise and sunset. Enjoying the sunrise during the holidays can at least relax us and calm us down. Our goal is to make your stay very comfortable, and we guarantee that you will fully appreciate the beautiful views. We know that entertainment is essential in life. We do provide: - Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix Our goal is to create a peaceful and welcoming space for everyone, and we ask our guests to treat our home with love and respect. Your care and consideration are very important so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay. Guest access Guest may go for Gym at 11th floor or you can access to the swimming pool by 5th floor. For car park, you have 1 free car park lot provided at the basement of this condominium. Other car will have to park at our building surrounding street parking. Charges RM0.80 per hours except Public Holiday and Sunday. You may pay using Penang Smart parking app (Downloadable in Go0gleStore/Applestore). Guest can have their morning jogs with just right opposite the condominium alongside the sea. There's a long pathway near to the sea side which most of the locals having their morning jogs or local breakfast at nearby surrounding with few minutes walk . **Guest may go downstairs Level 1 or Level 2 for some special Hunan food. Walk around 7 to 11 minutes will reach our Local Mall - Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. Guest can having their breakfast or dinner at our building surrounding many many local hawker stalls, restaurants, food court or convenient stores by just less than few minutes walk away which is very convenient.** Other things to note 1. For the safety of the building during your arrival, guests are requested to fill out the check-in form at the security desk. You can provide us with details in advance so that we can register on your behalf before your arrival. 2. No private events/parties are allowed in the venue. The owner of the small party guest house must notify the owner in advance. 3. Only 1 parking space is available, other vehicles can park in the public street parking lot a few meters away around our building (Penang Government Parking Lot, pay per day/hour using Penang Smart Parking App). 4. Please do not make loud noise/sing karaoke at night to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 5. Do not rearrange furniture or remove decorations. You can move them, but put them back in their original location. 6. Strictly no smoking inside the premises. You can smoke in the elevator waiting area because there is a smoking box there. 7. Strictly no drugs or excessive alcohol in the room. As long as you clean up the trash and no furniture or tools/pottery in the room is damaged, casual drinking is fine. 8. Pets are not allowed. 9. Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am. A penalty fee of RM100 per hour will be applied for late check out. 10. To protect our home and maintain a comfortable environment, We will charge the Host a security deposit of RM250 via bank transfer before check-in and refund it within 2-3 business days after check-out, provided that the house rules are followed and the unit is not damaged.
