This beautiful property is located on the Hamworthy peninsula within the coastal town of Poole in Dorset. A fantastic family holiday home set meters away from the walk way down to the beach and fishing lakes. The house itself is a modern building, boasting impressive sea views across Poole Harbour and a large outdoor dinning area and garden. Perfect for family or small group breaks. The space A wonderfully social lounge with TV awaits you upon entering this delightful house, the perfect spot to relax after a long day. Enjoy some competitive fun in the games room before heading through to the open/plan kitchen/diner, equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The dining table has enough seating to accommodate the whole family. Also, on this floor is the ground floor shower room with shower and WC, also housing a utility area with washing machine. Head up to the first floor where you will find three out of the four bedrooms, a double where you can enjoy partial sea views with en-suite shower room and WC, the twin bedroom and the double-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request), both benefit views over the pretty rear garden. Up on the second floor is the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, the views towards Arne and Brownsea Island over Poole Harbour are fantastic from this aspect, through the unique unspoilt windows Head out to the rear garden through the double doors in the games room, where there is ample space to enjoy the south coast weather, this is the ideal space to dine alfresco on the patio. There is off-road parking at the front of the house for three/four cars on the drive. Guest access The Beach house has a large private drive with free parking for 3/4 cars. There is a bus stop behind the house which will give you direct access to Poole Town centre and Sandbanks. The local train station is 0.7 miles from the house with direct trains to London Waterloo. Other things to note Please note that the mater bedroom has extensive views of Poole Harbour and the sea. There are no coverings on the master bedroom windows to ensure this view is uninterrupted. This is a very large room with private en-suite so there is plenty of private changing space.
