Hidden gem close to fairgrounds

This quaint guest home is nestled behind one of our other vacation rental homes and enjoys a quiet and cozy atmosphere with nice trees, grassy yards, and two nice decks. It is centrally located to all of the attractions that Central Oregon offers and has easy highway access, walking distance to Applebee's, less than a mile from the fairgrounds, and less than 2 miles from the airport. The space My husband and I are pleased to take this opportunity to share our guest home with you. It shares a driveway with the main house and RV space which may have tenants. The guest house has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The living, dining and kitchen space is all encompassed in one open space. We encourage our guests to enjoy time in the outdoors by providing space for gathering, eating, and playing in the yards and decks. A propane grill is provided for guest use. This home has easy access to HWY 97 and everything that Central Oregon has to offer! Our home is just a few miles from summer swimming and year round enjoyment at Cline Falls State Park, 2 miles from Redmond airport, 1 mile from Deschutes fairgrounds, about 15 miles from Smith Rock State Park, and close to many other exciting location. Late fall, winter, and early spring bring shorter days and longer nights. This means time to relax - and trips to the mountains for skiing and other snow sports. We do permit 1 dog for an additional fee. No pets on beds/furniture or left on property unattended. Also, the yard is not pet proof! Guest access Guests have full access to the home and private back yard. Guests do not have access to the attached storage or RV space. Please park close to the house in the provided spaces and do not block parking for the other house or RV pad. Other things to note The pipes in our home are sensitive, please no feminine products or baby wipes down the toilet and no food or grease in the sinks. Also, please do not dye hair in our sinks or showers. No glitter bombs or glitter of any kind. Our home is NOT smoker friendly. Smoking is not tolerated in the house or within 10 feet of any door or window. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a fine of no less than $250 and up to $1000. If cigarette butts are left outside for us to pick up, you will be charged an extra $50 cleaning fee. The back yard is fully fenced, but is not fenced for pets. If you bring a pet with you, please do not leave it unattended in the yard as they can easily escape.
