The space The guest suite is private from the main upstairs residence with its own private entry off of patio through french doors with keyless lock access. It is steps away from your designated parking spot in the driveway, all ground level, no stairs and few steps through mown grass to access, and has plenty of outside lighting. The Suite has a large living room space, a full couch with full pullout sleeper and tv with basic channels, This space also houses a small kitchenette with a medium size refrigerator, small microwave, and coffee maker. We do not offer basic cooking supplies as there is no stove or oven in unit. We do provide plates, coffee mugs, cups, utensils, and start up essentials such as garbage bags and paper towels. Space has lots of lighting and natural day light from two windows both with privacy blinds and curtains (not blackout). Bedroom is a separate room with a door, has blackout curtains on both window, large closet, full bed, and hangers, pillows and bedding are provided. Bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and towels. Other startup essentials provided are a bar of soap and toilet paper. Guest access Guests have complete and private access with a keyless lock to the entire Guest Suite. Other things to note Outside usage of home is not permitted unless authorized and utilized by hosting family only.
