A lovely room in a well maintained and clean 5 bedroom house with contemporary decor! All nationalities welcome The space The room is a loft conversion located on the second floor via a full flight of stairs. There is a wardrobe, central heating and WiFi. There is a fairly large kitchen for your use. The bathroom which has a tub and a power shower is shared between me and two other guests. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed for one person. You can expect fairly new and clean linen. No stains etc Guest access The house is terraced and deceptively large with 5 bedrooms. However, it's very quiet. You'll be sharing the house with me and the other guests. You'll have full access to the kitchen where you can make yourself a lovely coffee or tea. There's a large fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee makers (french press and espresso maker), oven and cooker for your use. During your stay I am often away from home due to work so you may not see me for a night or two. However, I am around most evenings. I'm happy to tell you about the area and to assist with directions of how to get to the house or around London. Please be sure to ask as I'm always happy to help. Other things to note There are several convenience stores including Iceland, Tesco Express and a big Tesco in Woolwich. Please be respectful of the home, there is no smoking indoors, no pets and no loud music after 10 pm. Check in is from 3 pm but if you are arriving in London early, please do let me know as I'm happy for you to check in earlier if it's possible! I will happily make arrangements for you to receive keys so you don't wait around for me.
