The Baltic Sea beach and Strandallee with shopping, bakers, cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlor is about 650 meters away. For self-catering guests, it is only about 300 meters to the large Rewe supermarket (also open on Sundays from March to October). The beautifully designed promenade along the Baltic Sea coast invites you to take a leisurely stroll or enjoy active pursuits such as cycling, inline skating, jogging, and Nordic walking. House This three-room duplex apartment (1st floor & attic) is located in a semi-detached house built in 2000. Here, over 85 m² (915 sq. ft.), we offer you space for up to four adults (an additional baby cot can be booked through Baltic Apartments). A floor-to-ceiling window with French balcony in the living room creates a bright and friendly atmosphere all day. The spacious corner couch invites you to linger socially or relax comfortably. There is a 65-inch smart TV here. The comfortable and stylish dining area offers plenty of space for up to six people. You can meet at the large dining table at any time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is also integrated in the fitted kitchen. On the 2nd floor is one of the two bedrooms, with a comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide) and a 43-inch smart TV. In the converted attic, which you reach via a wooden staircase, there is a large wardrobe on the bright gallery, as well as a small workspace. Behind it is a large bedroom with comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide) and a 43 inch smart TV. The modern bathroom with large tiles in earth tones has a spacious walk-in shower at ground level. The large wooden terrace facing southwest, which is not visible from the outside, is a special highlight and can be reached via the carport. On your terrace, equipped with a seating area, garden loungers, and a gas grill, you will find a sheltered, sunny, or shady spot, depending on your preference. Mobility A carport parking space with a height of 2.05 meters is at your disposal directly at the house. Here you can also charge your electric car via an 11 kW wallbox (for an extra fee). Bicycles and other sports equipment can be parked in the lockable shed of the carport on the premises. There are also sockets for charging your e-bikes.
