The Baltic Sea beach and the beach avenue with shopping, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlor are approx. 650 meters away. For self-catering, it is only about 300 meters to the large Rewe market (March-October also open Sunday). The beautifully designed promenade along the Baltic Sea coast invites you to take a leisurely stroll or enjoy sports activities such as cycling or inline skating, jogging and Nordic walking. Living This three-room duplex apartment (1st floor & attic) is located in a semi-detached house built in 2000. Here we offer you 85 m² of space for up to four adults (additional baby cot can be booked via Baltic Apartments). A floor-to-ceiling window with a French balcony in the living room provides a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. The spacious corner couch invites you to linger or relax. There is a 65-inch smart TV here. The comfortable and stylish dining area offers plenty of space for up to six people. You can meet at the large dining table at any time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is also integrated in the fitted kitchen. On the 2nd floor is one of the two bedrooms, with a comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide) and a 43-inch smart TV. In the converted attic, which you can reach via a wooden staircase, there is a large wardrobe on the bright gallery, as well as a small workplace. Behind it is a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide) and a 43-inch smart TV. The modern bathroom with large tiles in earth tones has a walk-in, spacious walk-in shower. The large wooden terrace facing southwest, which is not visible from the outside, is a special highlight and can be reached via the carport.
