Quiet apartment, in downtown Florianópolis, prime area, two blocks from Av. Beira-Mar. Close to the main tourist spots in the center, you can do everything on foot. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, shopping mall, restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars. Easy access to the airport and 1 km from the city's postcard, the Hercílio Luz Bridge, which on New Year's Eve has fireworks. The host lives in the apartment, and the common areas and bathroom are shared. The space The room has a single bed and an extra bed, a rack with hangers and a mirror. It has a window with blackout curtains and a ceiling fan. Guest access You can park your car on the street of the building or nearby. The neighborhood is relatively safe. You can practically walk to all the tourist spots in the center. During your stay I live in the apartment and will be with the guest during their stay. Other things to note Please observe the rules regarding the use of common areas with the host. If you need to eat in the apartment, do not leave food in the room, wash the dishes and utensils used, and buy whatever you consume. There is no food compartment for the host, nor water or alcoholic beverages. You may store purchased groceries in the refrigerator.
