Located in a 5 star peaceful, leafy location that is central to the City, St Kilda Beach, Botanical gardens, Grand Prix, Rod Laver Arena, MCG and the Sth Melbourne market. Discover Clarendon & Coventry Streets with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping. Away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne city centre, however, to get there it is only a 10 minute tram ride. The space LIVING ROOM: Sunny, light, clean, comfortable, roomy, safe, north facing apartment with stunning views of the city and park. It is not a new apartment but its individuality and charm is what sets it apart. KITCHEN ACCESS: available to use: fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, milk, iced water, condiments, tea and coffee. YOUR ROOM: Comfortable new double bed with a lovely leafy outlook, plenty of cupboard space and hangers. All bed linen and towels are supplied, including beach towels for the local pool or beach. The bathroom is shared but there is a separate powder room that includes a toilet, mirror and a hand basin. You are the guest and have the first option to use the bathroom. Guest access Bathroom - for your use, towels, hairdryer, hair straightener and body wash Laundry - front loader washing machine, drying rack, detergent supplied. A laundrette is close by (5 minute walk) if you need a dryer to dry your clothes quickly. Kitchen - (not available for cooking) crockery, cutlery, glassware, paper napkins, fridge, microwave, condiments, plus tea, coffee, iced water and milk. During your stay People from all backgrounds are very welcome in my home. Other things to note VISITORS: Your guests/friends are not allowed in my home. My front door entrance is monitored for security/safety reasons. AirBnB will be notified, you will be asked to leave and find alternative accommodation. You may also be banned from the AirBnB platform. -There is a kindergarten close by. You may hear children playing sometimes from 9am. (closed during school holidays).
