Our IG @montriihouse The space This mid-century gem is located in a large residential complex named "Setiabudi Regency", highland area in north Bandung, its convenient location means you can easily access shops, restaurants, tourism places, and only around 15 minutes from downtown! The house features with two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining rooms, ten bedrooms, two lofts with mezzanine room, and plenty of spaces to get away from it all, this home is perfect for large family or friends gatherings. Open space hall/atrium with unique “titanic” stairs and small bridge connected between two buildings further adds to this house’s ‘wow factor.’ The Bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, working table, 32" android tv connected to Netflix, and air conditioner. The Loft is complete with a queen sized bed, mezzanine with two beds, private bathtub, sofa, working table, wardrobe, 43” android TV connected to Netflix and air conditioner. The Living Room is equipped with sofa, bean bag chairs, window bench, and a 55" android TV connected to Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with; Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, etc. Dining table, both inside and out give visitors the flexibility of a cozy meal in, or dining under the stars. The atrium/hall is complete with bench, tables, plants and trees. Designer and classic vintage modern furniture make the space fun and functional. Though smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may smoke outdoors. However, Vaporizer Pens and eCigarettes are allowed both inside and out. The house is surrounded with courtyards in all sides, you can bring your own meal, and relax under the stars. Guest access The housekeeper will open the gate and help you to check-in. They live in the house, their room is in the backyard area, and are available to assist in your stay if needed. Just let them know what ever you need any help. PLEASE BE SURE TO WEAR A MASK EVERY TIME YOU COME AND GO. While checking-in, please wash your hands with hand sanitizer and measure your temperature using the standing thermometer provided in front of the entrance door. We have a large parking area, carport can fit for 4 cars, additional parking area in front and side of the house that can load 4-6 more cars. Other things to note Montrii House is not a hotel, it is part of the sharing economy, so the rules are somewhat different than it is at hotels: - Quite hours at 09:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. - Maximum capacity for entire house is 24-28 persons, more than that will be extra charged. - We do not condone adultery and other disrespectful activities outside marriage. We also do not allow guests to invite other people to stay the night at our place --aside from the booking. - Pet is not allowed. - Parties is not allowed without the consent of the house owner. - Drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited. - Photoshoot / Videoshoot using professional photographer or equipment for pre-wedding, commercial product and maternity/family will be extra charged.
