Welcome to Denis Audrey Marilou Elsa. Our house is located in the heights of a pretty Var village. You can stroll on the 5000 m2 plot and admire the olive trees and holm oaks spread over the terraces. A summer kitchen overlooking the pool (open in mid-May) can accommodate your meals. Inside, you will discover a large living/dining room with its open kitchen that will allow you to get together and spend good times with family or friends. The space Our 195 m2 villa consists of a kitchen open to the dining/living room (40 m2). This central room of the house is very bright and spacious, it is open to the outside by several glass doors. A sleeping area composed of 3 bedrooms (each of which has a double bed 160), 1 master bedroom (bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. If you need to see the sea, you can admire the beautiful beaches of Hyères and its surroundings 45 minutes from the house. For lovers of nature walks, we recommend hiking in Sainte Victoire or Sainte Baume (30 minutes) or the Garlaban massif, Pagnol countryside (35 minutes). The lakes and waterfalls are also numerous and nearby (the Verdon Gorges 1 hour away, Sillans la cascade, Lac de Carces...)
