Welcome to Denis Audrey Marilou Elsa. Our house is located in the heights of a pretty Var village. You can walk on the 5000m2 grounds and admire the olive trees and holm oaks spread over the restanques. A summer kitchen with pool view (open in mid-May) can accommodate your meals. Inside, you will discover a large living/dining room with an open kitchen that will allow you to get together and spend good times with family or friends. The space Our 195 m2 villa consists of a kitchen open to the dining/living room (40 m2). This central room of the house is very bright and spacious, it is open to the outside by several glass doors. A sleeping area composed of 3 bedrooms (each of which has a double bed 160), 1 master bedroom ( bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet and an independent toilet. All rooms overlook different sides of the garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with office area and library as well as a sleeping area (3 bedrooms not for rent), a shower room and toilet. Outside, a sheltered summer kitchen, a pool table, a gas barbecue (gas at your expense or charged at 10 euros), a swimming pool (please note: the pool barriers have been removed), a petanque court, various furnished relaxation areas, all on a large wooded plot of 5000 m2 will allow you to enjoy the calm of this Brassoise countryside. Guest access You will arrive at our house easily thanks to the GPS point "La Dame de Bras". Step-free access. Other things to note Bras is a small village in a very good location : nearby you will enjoy all the small renowned villages such as Barjols, Cotignac, Correns,Brignoles, Saint Maximin, Tavernes, Le Thoronet... If the need to see the sea is felt, you can admire the beautiful beaches of Hyères and its surroundings 45 minutes from the house. For lovers of nature walks, we recommend hikes in the Sainte Victoire or Sainte Baume ( 30 minutes) or the Garlaban Mountains, Pagnol countryside ( 35 minutes). The lakes and waterfalls are also numerous and nearby ( the Gorges du Verdon 1 hour away, Sillans la cascade, Lac de Carces...) Not to mention a getaway to Aix en Provence (35 min) , Marseille ( 45 min) or Nice ( 1.5 hours). Registration Details 83021000022QP
