Edícula at home! Beautiful street in Bixiga! Downtown São Paulo

House on a quiet street near Avenida Paulista, in the Bixiga neighborhood, a region with many Italian canteens and restaurants! Edicule with bedroom (double bed) and private bathroom, in the back of the house, but super comfortable. The guest has a mini equipped kitchen (minibar, microwave, 1 burner stove, sandwich maker and sink) House with security cameras and alarm with 24-hour monitoring. LGBTQIAPN+ Friendly! The space The house has two floors, a yard with a small building/laundry room in the back! The space is very private, but as it is a room rental and not an entire apartment, we will often cross paths. The laundry room, for example, is in front of the guest's room, so eventually I'll pass by. The upstairs is restricted to residents Guest access Free access to the bedroom, bathroom and backyard! Of course, if for some reason you need more space to cook, the kitchen inside will also be available! During your stay I'm a comedian and I work a few days a week, but most of the time I'm home. My wife and son are at home in the morning and evening, so there is almost always someone! Other things to note We are a couple of women with a child, a dog and a cat, so people who have a cat allergy may not be so comfortable. We are very easy-going, and we are at home most of the time for any questions or help the guest needs! WE HAVE A 6-YEAR-OLD SON, so if you are bothered by the noise of children playing or occasional crying, unfortunately, it is not something we can control (and we don't want it to be!). Otherwise, you will be very welcome and very well received! 😉
