The space This renovated apartment on the 1st floor of a quiet residence in the heart of Toulouse will become your haven of peace for a few days, allowing you to recharge between two visits to the Pink City. Here is a brief description of the documents that make it up: - Main room/living room: Large bright room of 25m² including a convertible corner sofa (2 seats), a flat screen TV, fast internet with fiber, a wifi box, a piano, air conditioning and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room is separated from the kitchen by an American bar. - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, with, for lovers of large cooking, a professional 5-burner gas cooktop, a large worktop, a refrigerator with freezer space, a gas oven with circulating heat, a microwave and a dishwasher. Regarding accessories, you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, raclette machine, waffle/grill/croque monsieur machine, soup mixer, kitchen scale and a complete set of kitchen utensils. - Master bedroom: Large 14m² bedroom with spacious double bed and quality bedding (new), a large closet, as well as 2 desks including 1 equipped with a flat screen, a computer keyboard and a mouse all connected to a USB Hub ready to be connected to a laptop. - Children's room: Small cabin space that will delight budding little explorers with a retractable bunk bed. The new bedding is very good quality. In the event that a couple without children or a single person rents the apartment, it is possible to close the beds to clear the room and use it as a storage space. When we host a family with only one toddler, we can close the top bed to prevent a small child from going up there. - Bathroom / WC: The bathroom includes a bathtub, a vanity with mirror, a washing machine, and a toilet separated from the rest of the room by a partition. - For children: The apartment is equipped with a crib, a high chair, a reducer for the toilet, plastic dishes for children, a changing mat, books and games. Our apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from 2 parks including play structures for children (slides etc.).:-) - Cleaning must be done before departure. The fees paid by guests only cover the costs of providing, changing and laundering the sheets and towels provided. Since 2023, our apartment has been equipped with air conditioning, and high-speed internet with fiber to suit remote workers. 💻 In 2024, we equipped the apartment with a washing machine to satisfy long-term guests. 🧳 We also changed the sofa bed in 2024 to ensure the best comfort. It is also possible to take bus 23 at the "Riquet" stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the station, towards "Rangueil" and get off at the "Savignac" stop (6 stops, 9 minutes). - By Metro: Reach the "François Verdier" metro stop on line B then take line L1 towards "Fonsegrives Entiore" and get off at the "Tilleul" stop. - By bike: A vélÔtoulouse station, the "Station VélÔToulouse n°213" station is a 5-min walk from the apartment, next to the "Tilleul" bus stop on Avenue Camille Pujol. - From the airport: The Airport Shuttle connects Toulouse Blagnac Airport and Toulouse Matabiau Train Station every 16 minutes on weekdays and 20 minutes on weekends and school holidays. To get to the apartment from the airport, you can: 1/ Take the AERO shuttle from the airport to the "Compans-Caffarelli" stop (2 stops, 13 min) then take bus line L1 towards "Fonsegrives Entiore" and get off at the "Tilleul" stop (11 stops, 15 min). or 2/ Take the AERO shuttle from the airport to the "Jeanne d'Arc" stop (3 stops, 17 min) then take line 23 towards "Rangueil" and get off at the "Savignac" stop (6 stops, 9 min).
