In this accommodation, you'll find a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and basic cookware. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and comfortable beds, with 2 bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed. Other things to note Electricity and water are not included in the price. For the consumption of electricity, you pay EUR 0.60 per kWH. For the use of water, you pay EUR 10 per cubic meter (1000 liters). Based on meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay, the consumption is calculated. These will then be deducted from the advance for water/electricity/deposit for damages of Eur 150 per week within one week after your stay. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Costs of electricity is Eur 0.60 per kWH. Costs of water is Eur 10 per cubic meter (1000 liters). Consumption is calculated based on meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay. These are then settled with the advance payment for water/electricity/deposit for damages (Eur 150 per week) within a week after your stay.
