Property has infra-red sauna, filtered water through entire home, alkaline and reverse osmosis water to drink, whole-house air filter system in home, laundry facilities, massage chair, 2 kitchens, entertainment room with 52" TV and surround sound with full media library, 500 sf. patio overlooking beautiful landscaping of blooming flowers and shrubs with pond, waterfall and meditation area, hummingbirds, neighborhood pool (open during the summer) and tennis, private and convenient right off of I-485 near UNC Charlotte. We are only 20 minutes to downtown Charlotte, less them 10 minutes to Concord Mills Mall, 5 minutes to Charlotte Motor Speedway, 25 minutes to Ballantyne, and 20 minutes to Charlotte Douglas Airport. Guest access Guests may use all of home except the other bedrooms with private bathrooms. Guests may use sauna, massage chair and owner is a Health Coach and Traditional Naturopath and offers appointments. During your stay We can interact with guests as much as someone needs or as little if someone wants a quiet retreat space. Owner is a Real Estate Broker as well and has lived in the Charlotte area for over 30 years and knows area well -- restaurants, medical, sports events, things to do and see, etc. Just because this is our home, we are non-obtrusive, but also there when you need info or a little TLC. Other things to note We feel we have a home that feels like a vacation home right in the city. Everyone who visits says how wonderful are home "feels" and says they are renewed when they leave. It is quite a compliment to hear that, and we enjoy making guests feel welcome.
