Situated within Pine Mountain Lake, guests enjoy access to a private lake, marina, horse stables, pool, tennis courts, and a golf course. With everything a family or group of friends could need, it's the ultimate spot to relax, recharge, and explore. The space Pine View Chalet, custom-built in 2008, offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm, ensuring an unforgettable stay for families, friends, or work retreats. The main floor includes a grand great room with a 30-foot knotty pine ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, a double-sided stone gas fireplace, and a large TV. The master suite, located off the great room, offers a vaulted ceiling, a luxurious California king bed, a cozy seating area by the fireplace, a large TV, and a private bathroom with dual sinks, a shower, and a whirlpool tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with rustic pine queen beds on the opposite side of the great room. Upstairs, a spacious loft with two full beds offers stunning forest views and is an excellent hangout space for kids. All bedrooms are carpeted and equipped with ceiling fans. Enjoy cooking in the chef’s kitchen which features a gas range, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. It comes fully stocked with essentials, including pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils, along with coffee, tea, oil, and spices. The dining area seats 4-6, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. For al fresco dining, the wrap-around deck provides a beautiful setting to enjoy sunsets. The lower level includes a game room with a pool table, darts, a piano, and a separate laundry room. Two patio tables with chairs are available, one on the deck and another on the covered porch. For entertainment, you can access your favorite streaming services via Roku, including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and Disney+, using your login. A selection of free TV channels, movies, DVDs, PS3 games, books, puzzles, and board games is also provided. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet, with a desk in the great room and a secretary in one of the guest rooms, ideal for remote work. For your comfort, the chalet is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, servicing the main floor and loft. A dual-sided gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to both the great room and the master bedroom. Please note that the game room on the ground floor is not equipped with heating or AC: during the warmer months, it remains cool, however in winter, it may be chilly. Guest access We are located within the gated Pine Mountain Lake community, offering 24-hour security for your peace of mind. Access passes are required for entry which give guests access to the lake, pool, golf, restaurants, tennis, hiking, and much more. Each parking pass is $50 and valid for 7 days. This fee is not included in the Airbnb pricing and is required for each vehicle entering Pine Mountain Lake. Please note that some amenities, such as the pool and marina, are available seasonally from Memorial Day through October, per community policy. Other things to note No pets and no fires allowed. Parking is available for up to two vehicles on the sloped driveway leading to the house. Garage access is generally unavailable unless needed during rain or snow. An outdoor security camera near the garage, below the stairs, will remain active during your stay. For groups over 8, there is a $25 per person, per night fee. Additional guests require prior approval, so please confirm with us before booking. Thank you! Chain requirements: For guests planning to visit Yosemite, the National Park Service may require chain controls on any vehicle at any time. Chain controls are in effect from November through March, and are more likely on high-elevation roads. You must carry chains in your vehicle, even if you have four-wheel drive or snow tires.
