affordable 2 bedroom rest house w/ pools & parking

Have fun w/ the whole family at this luxurious stylish , yet affordable rest house in the heart of Sta. Rosa Nueva Ecija w/c is 5 minutes away from all business hubs like public market, restos , banks , city mall etc . Staycation will be at best while relaxing and experiencing the best stay @ our rest house. It’s a villa w/pool , 2 air conditioned rooms , rooftop, veranda , complete kitchen amenities( wares, pots and pans ) refrigerator, microwave , water kettle , electric stove , tv &wifi . The space Both rooms are available for 6 guests and up only. If less than 6 guests, only one room can be accessed. Rooms can accommodate up to 8 people per room with a queen size sofa bed and big loft bed. Linens , pillows and blankets are provided . Extras will be provided upon request . Guest access We have a gated secured vehicle parking monitored 24/7 by CCTV. Other things to note 1. PAYMENT must be settled thru airbnb. 2. Check-in is at 2:00 PM up until 5pm as the latest ,and pool will be available at 5pm onwards until 8am .Additional fee of P 100/hour will be applied for every hour of late check in .Checkout is 12:00 PM ,if extension is requested , approval of the management is needed and will be charged for P150 fee per hour of extended time .This will give us time to make up the rooms for the next guests. 3. All guests must have to register in our transient log book with valid I.D’s for security and transparency purposes. Visitors are allowed to stay until 8pm with extra charges of P150 per pax. If visitor decides to stay and sleep, a full payment of P260 will be charged per pax. 4. Cooking is allowed, as long as you clean after use . 5. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms/house. Smoke at the balcony ,rooftop and garage area .Dispose cigarette butts into the ashtrays. 6. Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin. 7. Gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. 8. Turn off water faucets, lights and all electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house. 9. Lock your doors at all times, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings. 10. Replacement cost shall be paid by guests due to abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including loss of room keys. 11. Alcoholic beverage drinking is strictly prohibited in the pool area , kitchen and rooftop , but will allow drinking inside the room only. 12. Respect the privacy of other people in the house and the neighborhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises. Any complaint of excessive noises or unruly behavior will result to discharge from the house without any recourse to refund. 13. Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury. 14. AFTER USE; keep the rest house premises clean such as CR, BED ROOMS, LAUNDRY AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING. Everybody is required to clean his or her own dirts. 15. Flammables are not allowed to be installed inside the room. 16. If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 14 days, the management has the right to dispose of these items. 17. Pets are welcome on the rest house premises but guests are responsible. 18. For above minimum guests, every additional person must be charged for P260 and he/she can use all amenities on the rest house.. 19. We have security cameras or CCTV located at the front facing the garage and two are installed by the pool and kitchen area that are on during the duration of stay. 20. Pool is available 24 hrs a day but our quiet time is 8pm sharp. Warning will be given if not followed, we’ll shut down the power source for final warning. We are located within residential area so we are expected to be considerate of our neighbors or you’ll be evicted if loud noise is intolerable . 21. You can stay at the rooftop 8pm and can extend till 10pm but make sure you’re not disturbing our neighbors. Act as a responsible adult.
