Single room with ensuite bathroom

The single bedroom of our guesthouse (small hotel) is equipped in Venetian style and has a large single bed. It has TV, WIFI, aircon (june - september), heating (oct.-mar.), wardrobe, table, chairs, mini fridge ... It has a private bathroom inside with shower and WC. There are no common/shared areas. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock and city tax of 3€ pppn is not included and shall be paid in cash at the checkin. The space All rooms are furnished in Venetian style and have the same amenities like: a large single bed, private bathrooms ensuite (WC, Bidet & Shower), Aircon, fridge, Italian TV, table, chairs, wardrobe... . There is everything you need for a short stay un the most beautiful city of the world. My offer does not include the usage of a kitchen because my kind of accommodation is not allowed to offer that service, but I offer an Italian breakfast (8€ per person per day). Other things to note Please arrange your check-in time with us via Airbnb message at least 36 hours before your arrival date. Your arrival must fall within our official check-in hours (15:00 – 19:00 / 3 PM – 7 PM). Before completing your booking, please double-check the following requirements: Dates: Ensure you have selected the correct travel dates. Guests: Verify that the total number of guests is correct. Arrival Time: Confirm you can arrive within our listed check-in window. Late check-ins outside our regular hours may incur an extra fee of €15–€25 per hour (or fraction thereof). Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are strictly unavailable, even for a surcharge. Third-Party Bookings: The person making the reservation must be present at check-in. We do not accept third-party bookings for family, friends, or colleagues. House Rules: Ensure you have thoroughly read all provided information. We remind you of these rules because we enforce a very strict cancellation policy. Seasonal Amenities Air Conditioning: Available from June 1st to September 1st. An additional fee may apply. Heating: Available from mid-October to the end of March, in compliance with local regulations. We give only 1 bunch of keys for each room to the lead guest (booker).
