The Villa is halfway between the heavenly beaches of Porto Cesareo/Punta Prosciutto and the Baroque capital Lecce. You can have a barbecue in the evening, or swing in the hammock when you return from the sea; or relax on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Negroamaro vineyards, with a glass of wine and a frisa salentina. The space 🏡🌲Villa Brada is a rural villa of about 150 sqm built in the 2000s by Bruno and Ada, my parents, in the countryside of northern Salento, between Carmiano and Veglie, in the “La Specchia” area, where as young people they worked in the fields👨🏻‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾, such as harvesting tobacco, to finance their university studies. • The Villa is surrounded by over 6,000 sqm 🌾 of agricultural land with vineyards🍇, fruit trees, 🍑 and a pine forest of about 50 trees🌲 🌲🌲 planted by Bruno and his relatives a few years before construction. • The pine forest 🌲 is illuminated by lighted garlands and headlights ✨and has a hammock for relaxing, a swing and a natural table with pine logs.🧺 The property is spread over️ 2 floors. • On the ground floor, there are large verandas under 3 arches on each side, a barbecue area🍖, an artificial well, and a relaxation area🧘🏻‍♀️. • Inside the Villa, a large and bright living area thanks to the windows facing the pine forest, with a corner induction 👨🏻‍🍳 kitchen including all the necessary appliances and cookware, dining table, sofa bed🛋️, Full HD TV, fast Wi-Fi. 🛜 • Climbing marble steps, you enter a mezzanine with a hallway where you can find, on the left, a laundry area🚰 with a storage room, on the right, a spacious bathroom 🚾 with a walk-in transparent wall shower and wall-hung bathroom fixtures. • Continuing on, there are the two bedrooms🛏️ 🛏️. 🌵The first, "cactus", has two single beds in front of a window overlooking the vineyard, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. 🌲The second, "pigna", with a French-style double bed, a coat hanger, a desk and a French window overlooking the vineyard. Both bedrooms have access to the arched veranda that surrounds the villa. 🆙 Upstairs, accessible only from the outside, a panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyard 🌅🍇 with a sloping roof where there is a hot tub for 4 people🫧, a shower 🚿 and a picnic table 🧺. 🛁 The hot tub is an on-demand service that can only be used from May to September. The water is not heatable. The fee is €10 per day, payable at check-in. It is🍺❄️ possible to book a 6-liter keg of Beck's beer for only €35 thanks to the keg on tap in the property (Beer temperature 3°C). 🅿️ Car parking is located in front of the Villa under a vine-covered pergola, cool and illuminated with sunlight. 🔆 Outdoor lighting is automatic through a timer active from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. 🔒📹 The Villa has a 24-hour perimeter video surveillance system connected to a private security company.
