Condo in Montreal

This cozy apartment sits at the top of a steep hill, directly across Mount Royal, Summit Woods, St. Joseph's Oratory and is only minutes away from downtown Montreal. It's a nice space where you can relax and get cozy far from the roar of the city while being at its heart. Well equipped kitchen, perfect to cook your own meals. Beautiful view from bedroom and balcony. Pets welcome. Subway stations and buses within walking distance. 25 minutes from the airport. Highway 10 minutes away. The space My apartment clean, spacious, and has a superb view of the mountain and its three peaks, as well as the University of Montreal. Guests have access to my well-stocked kitchen. I provide oil, rice, spices, tea, coffee, pasta, and different utensils to cook your own meals. There is a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you to the mountain and the fashionable neighborhood Plateau Mont Royal in only a few minutes. 5 minutes by foot, bus 165 takes you to downtown Montreal (Concordia University) in about 8 minutes. Summit Woods, Saint Joseph's Oratory, and Westmount are at 2 minutes walk. This area is the best kept secret when it comes to nature in the city. Summit Woods is basically a huge forest where you can walk, run, walk you dog off leash, and cross-country ski in winter. Our neighborhood is a vibrant and multicultural place, with multiple restaurants, a public market, grocery stores, a library, a 24 hours pharmacy, coffee shops, a few bookshops, three hospitals, two subway/metro stations, and the beautiful University of Montréal. You will appreciate our place if you are fond of vibrant multicultural neighborhoods, but also walking, nature, calm, and dogs. We call it ''our country cabin in the heart of the city". Well-behaved pets are accepted under certain conditions (no barking at all is accepted). One dog per stay. We have a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule! This is quiet building with sensitive neighbors, so we ask our guests to respect that and be considerate. Please remember that this is not a hotel, you are expected to leave the apartment in good shape (I will do the proper cleaning after your departure). IMPORTANT: Please take the trash out or tie the used garbage bag before your leave. You are responsible for all existing objects and equipment in the apartment. It is not a big drama if you lose or break something; just report the fact as soon as possible. Do not hesitate if you have any questions. Thank you! :) Guest access You can use the stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, and the washer and dryer downstairs (we provide the washing card, but you need to charge it with your credit card if there is no money left on it). Other things to note Pets are accepted if they are well behaved. Barking is not tolerated by neighbors and you might get a fine from the administration if your dog is a barker and if you don't pick up after your dog. Please leave the place as you found it.
