The space 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, A/C, TV, and floor to ceiling windows are offering amazing views over the large pool and nature behind. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and the design will make you feel comfortable straight away. The perfect place to take a break and have some privacy whenever you need it. Jump straight out of your bed into the refreshing pool to wake up and start your day right! The fully equipped kitchen is inviting you to cook, prepare drinks and juices etc. Note: A Electric Hob is available for cooking. No burner stove due to safety issues. The kitchen is enclosed and connected to the dining area as well as the indoor lounge area of this beautiful villa. You have enough room to socialize and spend time with your friends/family with a beautiful view over the pool. The highlight of this villa is the stylish outdoor lounge area, which is sunken into the pool. This will be your favorite new spot to read and relax or have some nice time together! Please Note what while we do work to make sure everything is clean and maintained upto date, this is like any other home and sometimes maintenance issues can arise suddenly and take some time to get fixed. But rest assured we’ll take all the measures to get any issues fixed. Living Room- - The living room has seating for around 10 people with a 4K LG 55 Inch TV with Free Netflix/Disney+Hotstar to watch your favourite shows/sports. - A Samsung Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer is also provided to enjoy Music/Shows/Sports lavishly. -There is an open kitchen which the guests to free to use to make their own meals. - High Speed Fiber Wifi is provided for guests to use. - Kitchen has all the required Crockery/Cutlery for meals/Drinks. - RO water is easily available in the kitchen to drink. - A refrigerator is also provided to store your food and Drinks. - An All glass large gate/window in the living room provides great view of the Pool while relaxing on the sofa. - A Bathroom with an Urinal and WC is also provided right next to the pool so it’s comfortable to use while relaxing in the pool. Our staff is coming daily to clean the house. Ola and Uber taxi bookings are easily and readily available to take you around the city. * All major food delivery options are also available on Zomato and Swiggy. * Note: Rajasthan is currently undergoing an electricity shortage and thus there might be unexpected government power cuts. We do have an inverter installed which can run all Fans and Lights but ACs don’t work during these cuts. However, usually these power cuts are not very frequent and don’t last too long. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all 3 luxurious bedrooms, the private pool, and the stylishly designed living room with its modern amenities. The attached kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need for a seamless stay. You’ll also have access to the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the serene ambiance of the property. Our staff ensures daily housekeeping to keep the villa pristine during your stay. The property is yours to enjoy, providing complete privacy and a one-of-a-kind experience. Other things to note Kindly note that we have a few house rules - Note: The Villa is in a residential area. So keep the Music/Noise Volume at a respectable level at all times so as to respect the neighbours. 1. Vomiting anywhere other than the bathrooms will incur an additional cleaning charge of 2000/- RS. Loud Music/Noise outdoors after 10PM is strictly prohibited. We will not be liable for any complaints made by neighbours. If found in breach of this policy you may be asked to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Security Deposit of INR 5000 is required at the time of check-in and shall be refunded at the time of check-out if no damages are found. 2. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the villa and shall at all measures be done outside. 3. Kindly note that the pool is 5ft deep and is not recommended for children below 12 years. Also diving in the pool is strictly prohibited 4. As per the orders of Rajasthan Government loud music is not allowed outdoors after 10pm. We are very strict on this policy as we need to respect our neighbourhood and the law. No parties are allowed at all. 5. To respect the residents and surroundings the outside lights shall be dimmed at 11 pm. Kindly refrain from switching on all the light after 11 PM 7.
