Welcome to Charente-Maritime, in the Saintonge countryside! We offer a LARGE HOUSE JUST FOR YOU to get together with friends and family. Enjoy our swimming pool, billiards, foosball and more to relax and have a pleasant time with us without worrying about the rest. The space Our house is very large, with fully fenced garden, unheated private pool ( open from April to October) and its Nordic bath. we have space to welcome people! WE want you TO feel AT home:) IT'S the ENTIRE HOUSE JUST FOR YOU WE OFFER YOU!!! • Let's start with the description of the house rooms: We have 6 in total: 1. An ultra king size bed of 200*200 with memory mattress. 2. A sofa bed with a 160*200 memory mattress 3. One bedroom with a 140-cm double bed and 1 single bed. 4. Next to this bedroom another bedroom with a 180x200 bed 5. A 140-cm double bed with a single bed 6. and finally a small double bed of 120 and a double bed of 140 The first 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other 4 are upstairs! We also have a sofa bed in the living room. We also have two baby beds, one with a rail and the other a travel cot. You have two bathrooms, one with bath/toilet upstairs and the other with shower on the ground floor. and another toilet on the ground floor. House of 320 m2 total. Fully fenced ground (presence of two electric gates). For the delivery of keys, we can be present but this can be done in total autonomy with the lockbox we have installed (the code will be communicated to you at the time). Cooking and basic products (oil, spices, coffee, tea...) are at your disposal. You will also have 2 fridges, one of which is American that provides water, ice cubes and crushed ice. The "games room" is also open to guests with billiards, foosball, darts, ping pong, badbington, ... to have a good time relaxing. We also have a multitude of board games at your disposal, children's books, for teenagers and others... don't hesitate to serve yourself. POSSIBILITY TO RENT A SPA (4 seats) whether for the evening or for the weekend all year round. price between 80 and 130 euro. NORDIC BATH available all year round. capacity 6/8 people. wood-fired. IMPORTANT: I need to know at least 2 days before the date of your stay to prepare everything! price 120 euro on weekends! In the warm season, you can enjoy the garden and pool which is covered but not heated I call it back! You can have lunch by the pool if you like. BE CAREFUL WITH LOTS OF MOSQUITOES IN SUMMER, MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!!! TAKE FANS ALSO FOR THE MOST HEAT SENSITIVE... In winter, rules for heating must be respected: - MANDATORY use of the wood burning stove in the living room instead of heaters - in the radiator rooms max 18/19°. We do not have a choice in view of the current situation. The heaters will already be set to the right temperature, so please don't touch them! Please be aware, however, that with 15 people in our house, it heats up very quickly. Of course, if you want to increase the heaters, no problem, but the surcharge you will be charged! We have goats and chickens that are located at the back of the garden. During your stay, if you can feed them during the day that would be great (don't worry, if it bothers you my neighbor will ) They love to be fed even if the goats are quite fierce, they will eat in your hand. Guest access Calm, the countryside in all its glory! You have enough space to park several cars (10 or more) A car is essential to get around! No amenities in the village. Other things to note For more than 15 guests (sleeping on-site), an extra €20 per additional guest will be charged.
