We're steps from the Q train, so you can be in Union Sq in 30-40 minutes. An affordable, relaxing oasis for anyone working in Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, or Midtown Manhattan! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds. The space This is one of three studio apartments in our basement. We are experienced AirBNB hosts and have built these apartments with travelers in mind. You'll find lots of little amenities and touches, and we live in the house so we'll be able to resolve any issues quickly. Guest access You'll be able to enter the space on your own with a code for the side door. Your room has also has a keypad lock with the same code. You can come and go any time of the day or night. This is your private apartment for the duration of your stay. You'll have a bed, kitchen, full bathroom, closet. You can control the temperature of the heat/air conditioning. In the hallway is a washer/dryer which all guests can use. There is also an ironing board and iron in the hall closet that all guests can use.
