Walk to convenient stores, restaurants, mini mart and walk/Grab further away with many eating places, clinic, UCSI, malls and Wednesday longest market in Malaysia. Master room is occupied by long term tenant, local Chinese guys who mind their own business. NO WIFI in the unit, sorry Guest access Room is sharing a bathroom with another roommate. Living room and kitchen is accessible by guest. Bathroom comes with shower screen and hot water. Guest can freely use the fridge and washing machine.
