THE STAIRS LEAD FROM THE DIRVEWAY TO THE SECOND LEVEL WHERE VILLA 4 IS LOCATED. Villa Milagro is comprised of four villas. Each villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For groups larger than 4, multiple villas can be rented. Baby crib, highchair, and pack and play available for rent during your stay. Guest access You will have full access to your villa which includes a private balcony where the porch wraps around the villa. Other things to note House Rules: a) Smoking is NOT allowed on premises. b) Please remove shoes before entering the villa. c) No excessive or loud noise permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am daily. d) People other than those in the Guest’s party listed above may not stay overnight on the property. If any guest stays overnight on the property, other than those listed in this agreement, an additional charge of $150.00 per guest, per night will be assessed. Any other person at the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. e) The Property Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Property Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guest and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premises. f) Keep the property and all furnishings in excellent order. g) Only use appliances for their intended uses. h) Pets are NOT allowed. i) If the outdoor grill is utilized, clean the grill after each use. j) Turn off A/C when not in use and when you leave the premises. k) All guests not listed on the rental agreement must vacate the property by 10:00 PM nightly.
