The Space Let us walk you through the villa. Bedrooms - All 5 bedrooms have AC, wardrobe and double bed. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms and extra mattresses can be provided upon request. - One of the rooms is equipped with a TV. Living Room - The living room has WiFi and has a seating arrangement for 12-15 people. Bathrooms - The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Only one bathroom has bathtub which is on the first floor. - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided. Kitchen & Meals - Guests can use the kitchen at an additional cost of Rs.2000. - Hiring an outside chef is not allowed at the property. - All meals can be provided by the in-house chef at an additional cost. - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. -The chef will be preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove, and a water purifier. - Crockery is available for 14 people. Pool & Lawn - The pool can be used only between 8 AM to 10 PM. - Pool size: 30ft x 12ft with a depth of 6ft. - Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. - The lawn has seating arrangement for 10-15 people, and can host up to 50 people. - Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice. Additional Amenities - A torch, iron and hair-dryer is available. - A medical kit is available, along with mosquito repellent. - Power backup is available at the villa. - BBQ can be arranged at an additional cost. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Secured parking space for 2 cars is available. - A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. - Jio work fairly well here. - Breakfast included only for New Year Booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
