Upper Level: Large loft with 1 Sofa bed. Lower Level: 1 bathroom, access to back yard patio. 1st bedroom with 1 Queen bed & TV 2nd bedroom with 1 Queen bed & TV 3rd bedroom with 1 bunk bed Bonus room Guest access Hot Tub (6 person seating) Waiver must be signed prior to use. Please note we strive to have the hot tub running throughout the year, but however due to potential issue/maintenance of the hot tub, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be usable during your stay. Community indoor and outdoor pools, Boat Rentals at the pine trees lake. Basketball & Tennis courts. 2 Lake beach (with bathhouses and playground facilities) 3 other lakes for fishing Outdoor pool season from Memorial Day to Labor Day Additional fees apply to use the Community Amenities & Boat rentals 1 day pass for $20.00/per person. 3 day pass for $30.00/Per person. Child 2 yr and under is free. Amenity Pass can be purchased at the Admin office or Indoor pool lodge.
