Our house is newly renovated from top to bottom with a brand new kitchen and all new bathrooms. It is conveniently located just a block and a quarter from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan and a short 3-block walk to downtown Charlevoix shopping and restaurants. The house includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, den (with trundle bed) and a half bath downstairs. A master bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a sunny balcony, and one bedroom with two twin beds). A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes the upstairs. We have a very private fenced back yard with a patio, grill, and picnic table. There are several lilac bushes and a beautiful horse acorn green in the back yard (which is adorned with beautiful white and pink hanging flowers in the spring). We have a double driveway which can accommodate up to 4 cars. Everything you need is within walking distance from the house, including the Lake Michigan beach, downtown shops, movie theater, restaurants, beautiful library, parks, and a grocery store. Her phone number will be provided before your arrival. Our neighborhood is a quiet and well maintained area. The library and park are only a block away. Everything you need is within walking distance - including retail stores, restaurants, Round Lake and marina, biking trails, the sandy shores of Lake Michigan, Ferry Beach and Depot Beach on Lake Charlevoix, a grocery store, movie theater and beautiful public library. Great hiking trails can be found at Fisherman's Island and at McSauba Beach (which also features beautiful sand dunes) - both of which are within biking distance from the house. A trip to Petoskey and Boyne City are less than 39 minutes away. Bier’s Brewery, Wineries, and the Lavender Farm are a short drive from the house.
