Home in Charlevoix

Our house is newly renovated from top to bottom with a brand new kitchen and all new bathrooms. It is conveniently located just a block and a quarter from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan and a short 3-block walk to downtown Charlevoix shopping and restaurants. The space The house includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, den (with trundle bed) and a half bath downstairs. A master bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a sunny balcony, and one bedroom with two twin beds). A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes the upstairs. We have a very private fenced back yard with a patio, grill, and picnic table. There are several lilac bushes and a beautiful horse acorn green in the back yard (which is adorned with beautiful white and pink hanging flowers in the spring). Guest access We have a double driveway which can accommodate up to 4 cars. Everything you need is within walking distance from the house, including the Lake Michigan beach, downtown shops, movie theater, restaurants, beautiful library, parks, and a grocery store. Other things to note We have a lock box and will provide the code shortly before your scheduled arrival. Our WiFi code is zanyfish874
