Private, secure, well lit entrance with private deck, covered porch, fenced yard and completely separated from owners living space. The suite is attached to the main house but separated by two locked and secure doors. Professionally decorated by the same design team behind Reese Witherspoon's popular retail store Draper James. Brand new Cocoon queen sized mattress is super comfortable. Coffee bar with Keurig and coffee pods and fridge to get you started (no microwave) smart TV with SLING (40+ live tv channels) and other TV apps (log in to your Netflix etc). Custom upholstered couch and table with chairs in sitting area. Plenty of reading material on the area, restaurants and attractions. Super fast WIFI. ** No early check ins or late check outs and no unannounced/extra guests** Digital keypad on the door and also Lockbox key access for entry door. Private access to back yard with deck leads to the entrance. The space is totally private however off street parking area will be shared. This space is attached to the main house but separated by locked barn doors, another insulated wall with a locked door. There is a lock/latch on the suite side of the doors also. The house does have two very well behaved small dogs. Lizzie is the new puppy to our household and while she's very acclimated to being part of the family now, thunderstorms and loud noises may disturb her. She is half husky so sometimes if I'm not moving fast enough she let's me know it. We do make every effort to be as quiet as possible to make your stay comfortable. It's a fantastic neighborhood filled with singers and songwriters. Lots of walkers and runners and close to many popular restaurants, bars and attractions. Several popular spots (The Fox, Elegy Coffee, Mickeys Pub and Nicolettos Pasta) right up the street and are walkable. Uber, Lyft are available and most are regularly about $8-$10 (depending upon peak times) to downtown which is much cheaper than the parking hassles and fees. ** After 5 years of hosting several hundred guests I have never had a guest complain about the train noise..mission accomplished***. Also...Please understand there are NO early check ins, bag drop off or late checkouts available. If you search Nashville Luggage Lockers you can find a great solution for holding bags if you get in early or leave late. I love this neighborhood however I do want to let you know the house is somewhat close to a railroad crossing. I like to warn guests the train horn can be noisy at times and comes at random. The entire suite was additionally insulated with RETROFOAM and so far most guests have told us that the occasional noise doesn't bother them at all. Earplugs and a premium white noise sleep machine are available just in case you need it. Outside noises seem to go away with the sleep machine. I use one myself now and it's changed my life. Also, please no hot plates, griddles or any type of cooking accessories allowed. While I want my guests to enjoy their stay, cooking in the suite is not permitted for several reasons, most importantly your safety.
