Cozy private studio located in a large family home in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Eugene. Separate private entrance. Off-street parking in driveway only used by people renting this studio. 15 minute drive to the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene. One hour drive to the ocean and mountains for skiing. Many beautiful waterfalls and gorgeous hiking trails within an hours drive. The space Although there are others living in the house. You will have your own private space to call your own and enjoy. Bathroom: You will have your own bathroom with large shower. Equipped with bath and hand towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo. Kitchen space: You have your own fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware. Bedroom space: Queen bed with Temper-pedic queen mattress. Living space: Comfortable sofa, table for eating or for working. Roku television that is also hooked up to digital antenna for local television. Guest access You are the only one who will have access to the space. Other things to note When we have guests, our family attempts to keep noises down. During the day you may hear some normal household noises. We have a hot water circulator that is on between 5:30-9:00am and 7:00-10:30pm. Outside of these times hot water will take extra time to get to the shower. If you expect that you will need the shower outside of these times during your visit we can easily adjust it for your convenience during your stay.
